What I have found most interesting are current writers who identify all or most of these “8 laws” in their articles. One interesting concept I found was the classic pre-scientific concepts in Ancient Greece of earth, water, air, fire, and aether, which were proposed to explain the nature and complexity of all matter in terms of simpler substances. In has occurred to me that four of these “elements” are clearly analogous to four of the “8 Laws of Health”—Nutrition (earth), Water, Air, and Sunlight (fire).
